Steve Levine, wears several interesting hats... He is the President of Steve Levine Inc., and a Realtor with the firm of RE/MAX First Choice, based in Central Massachusetts. RE/MAX First Choice is the #1 RE/MAX Office in New England. Steve is currently the Top Selling Realtor there, and is also the Top Selling RE/MAX Agent in the 6 State New England Region. Steve also does Relocation Consulting, which assists corporate transferees with handling many aspects of their inter-state move, from selecting an agent to market their home, to negotiating their relocation package with their company, to how maximizing their relocation benefits through the use of several proprietary methods. Steve works with these clients regardless of where there are moving to or from, not limited to only those in which Massachusetts is involved. Additionally, Steve has recently taken upon himself the role of "Developer," by purchasing a 14 lot Cul-De-Sac which is currently being sold off as individually custom built homes. Steve has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Agents in the World by RE/MAX International, from a pool of over 50,000 Top Producers. He serves on the Rules and Regulations Committee of the Multiple Listing service, and has been instrumental in drafting a set of Internet Guidelines for agents in Eastern Massachusetts. Steve has been featured several times in National Television Broadcasts, speaking on technology and marketing. He is currently authoring what will be his first full length book, a Marketing Guide for Realtors. he has been a featured seminar speaker at conferences throughout the United States. According to data from an independent auditing firm, the average sales volume for agents in Massachusetts in 1998 was approximately 7 Homes Sold for the year.
